Consider the surrounding office

Door seals, assembly, nearby activity and background sound affect the installed experience. Think about people inside and outside the pod. For sensitive discussions, evaluate the installed pod in its actual environment and follow your organisation's privacy practices.

Look at the complete enclosure

Confirm the structure, glazing and acoustic layers in the specification for the supplied FocusPod model. Complete-pod test results cannot be compared directly with a single material rating. Request documents for the exact model and equipment rather than inheriting another range’s construction claims.

Make the space comfortable

Check ventilation, lighting and the available controls for the actual model. Exchanging air with the surrounding room does not mean refrigeration or purification. Optional cooling is a separate equipment choice whose requirements are confirmed in the final specification.
